Where are my people
Workers and supervisors check in on site from their phones with a QR code; site engineers see who is on which site; leave and expiring documents (visas, labour cards, CRs) are tracked in one place.
What have I spent
Each project has a budget by cost type. Purchase orders count as committed cost, goods received and supplier bills as actual cost, and payroll, equipment and petty cash are charged to the project they belong to. The project cost report shows budget, committed, actual and remaining.
What am I owed
Quotations turn into projects; progress and tax invoices carry 5% VAT; retention is held and tracked until it is released; the receivables report shows what each client owes and how late it is.
What do I owe
Supplier bills are matched to purchase orders and goods received, subcontractor certificates are tracked, and payroll produces the WPS file for your bank.
