How long does it take to start?
Most companies are running within a week: company details and projects on day 1, staff and sites on day 2, QR attendance at the gate on day 3, and the first payroll with its WPS file and the first 5% VAT invoice in week 1. The free trial lasts 10 days and needs no card.
Is it ready for Oman e-invoicing (Fawtara)?
BinaFlo has the e-invoicing fields today. E-invoicing is off until a provider is connected, so invoices are not sent to the Tax Authority from BinaFlo yet. Read our guide to 5% VAT tax invoices for construction.
How are Social Protection Fund contributions handled in payroll?
Payroll works out the Social Protection Fund contributions for Omani employees from a dated table of rates. As of 20 October 2026 the table totals 14.5% for the employer and 8% for the employee, on the gross monthly wage up to OMR 3,000. Rules for non-Omani employees are different. Where is our data stored?
Your data is backed up automatically every night. Backups are encrypted and kept in a separate location from the main system. Each company’s data is kept separate, only people you invite can sign in, and you can download your records as CSV or PDF at any time. Security and data.
Does it work in Arabic?
Yes. The screens, invoices and payslips work in Arabic and English, and each person chooses their language. Parts of the Arabic text are still being checked by a native speaker, so tell us if you see wording that is wrong.
How do I cancel?
Cancel at any time in the application or by writing to support@binaflo.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, with no cancellation fee. You can ask for a full refund of any payment within 14 days of that payment. See the Refund Policy and the Terms of Service.
