We remind you before it ends. To keep going, choose monthly or yearly and add payment. If you don’t, your account is paused. Your data is kept for 30 days after the trial ends, then deleted unless you subscribe. You can export it any time.
Can I export my data?
Yes, at any time. Lists and reports download as CSV (opens in Excel) or PDF, and invoices, quotations and purchase orders as PDF.
Who owns the data?
Your company does. BinaFlo holds it so the system can work for you, and you can download your lists and reports (CSV or PDF) and your invoices, quotations and purchase orders (PDF) whenever you want.
Where is my data stored?
BinaFlo runs on secure servers outside Oman, with encrypted backups kept in a separate location. Most business software used by companies in Oman also stores data abroad. If your company needs data held inside Oman, tell us — we can arrange it.
Is my data safe?
Only people you invite can sign in to your company, and each person sees only what their role allows. Each company’s data is kept separate, and it is backed up every night, encrypted, to a separate location. The Security & data page explains more.
Do site staff need training?
Very little. Workers only scan a QR code. Supervisors see just the few screens their role needs, such as attendance, petty cash and incidents. If anyone gets stuck, they can message us on WhatsApp.
Do you support Arabic?
Fully. Every screen, report, invoice and payslip works in Arabic and English, with a proper right-to-left layout. Each user chooses their own language.
Can my site supervisors use it on their phones?
Yes. Supervisors can run QR attendance, approve overtime, record petty cash and log incidents from site, on the phone they already have.
Do I need to install anything?
No. BinaFlo works in the web browser on phones, tablets and computers. There’s nothing to install or update.
What if I have more than 50 staff?
The plan includes up to 50 users. If your company needs more, send us a message on WhatsApp and we’ll work it out with you.
Can I switch to yearly, or cancel?
Yes. You can move from monthly to yearly when you renew. A monthly plan can be cancelled before the next month starts, and your data stays available to export.
