You may ask for a full refund of any payment — first or renewal — within 14 days of that payment. You request it by writing to support@binaflo.com, or directly to Paddle from your receipt. A refund ends the subscription for that period; the account becomes read-only and its data is kept as section 10 of our Privacy Policy sets out.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries about payment and handles returns. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.
BinaFlo is offered with a 10-day free trial so you can evaluate it before paying. We recommend using it.
After 14 days, cancelling does not refund the unused part of the period, except in the cases listed below.
You may cancel at any time, in the application or by writing to support@binaflo.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and there is no cancellation fee.
We will refund prepaid fees for the unused period where:
- we terminate your subscription for convenience;
- we change our prices, or materially change our Terms, and you choose to terminate before the change takes effect;
- the service is unavailable for more than 30 days because of an event outside either party’s control, and either party terminates;
- we fail to remedy a material breach within 30 days of your written notice, or become insolvent, and you terminate;
- you withdraw consent to international transfer of your data under section 8 of our Privacy Policy; or
- you object on reasonable data protection grounds to a new or replacement sub-processor, we cannot find an alternative within a further 30 days, and you terminate the affected part of the subscription under clause 6.3 of our Data Processing Agreement.
Where Omani law requires a refund, that law applies regardless of the above.
This page summarises clauses 9.5, 9.6, 12.3, 12.4, 22.3 and 21 of our Terms of Service, clause 8 of our Privacy Policy and clause 6.3 of our Data Processing Agreement. The Terms govern in case of any conflict.
