Data & Security
Where records live, access control, backups, and data ownership.
Where is my data stored?
BinaFlo runs on secure servers outside Oman, with encrypted backups kept in a separate location. Most business software used by companies in Oman also stores data abroad. If your company needs data held inside Oman, tell us — we can arrange it.
Who can see my data?
Only people you invite into your company workspace. We do not look at your data except when you ask us to help with a problem.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, at any time. Lists and reports download as CSV (opens in Excel) or PDF, and invoices, quotations and purchase orders as PDF.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your account becomes read-only for 90 days. You can sign in and export everything. After 90 days the data is deleted unless you renew.
Is my data backed up?
Yes, every night, encrypted and stored in a separate location.
Do you sell or share my data?
No. We never sell, share, or monetize your company data.
Who owns the data?
Your company does. BinaFlo holds it so the system can work for you, and you can download your lists and reports (CSV or PDF) and your invoices, quotations and purchase orders (PDF) whenever you want.
Oman Specifics
Local compliance, Ministry quotas, banking WPS, and taxation.
Does it produce a WPS file for the bank?
Yes — download the salary file ready for upload to your bank in Oman.
Does it handle 5% VAT?
Yes, on every invoice, with a dedicated VAT summary report for your tax filings.
Does it track Omanisation percentage?
Yes. BinaFlo tracks your active Omani vs. expatriate workforce ratio in real time.
Does it remind me about CR, licence and visa expiry?
Yes, with automatic alerts before each expiry date, so you can renew in time.
Is it fully in Arabic?
Yes — every screen, report, invoice and payslip, with proper right-to-left layout.
Is it linked to the Oman Tax Authority?
Not currently. VAT is calculated and reported inside BinaFlo; tax returns are still filed by you or your accountant.
What is WPS payroll?
WPS is Oman’s Wage Protection System, run by the Ministry of Labour with the Central Bank of Oman. Private-sector wages are paid by bank transfer, and the employer tells the bank what to pay by sending a Salary Information File (SIF). BinaFlo works out the payroll and produces that file as a CSV for your bank. Our guide explains it step by step. Read the WPS guide.
Which ERP is best for a construction company in Oman?
There is no single best one; it depends on your size and how you work. Judge any system on: a project cost report that shows budget, committed and actual cost; a WPS file your bank accepts; VAT invoices in Arabic and English; Social Protection Fund contributions; what happens to your data if you leave; the full price for your number of users; and who answers when payroll day goes wrong. Test it with one real project during the trial. Our guide has a longer checklist. Read the checklist.
What is an ERP in construction?
An ERP (enterprise resource planning system) keeps a company’s money, people and materials in one set of records. In construction it is organised around the project: every invoice, purchase, payroll day, equipment hire and petty-cash receipt lands on a project and a cost type, so you can see whether the project is making money while the work is still going on. What an Oman contractor needs from an ERP.
Does BinaFlo work in Arabic?
Yes. The screens, payslips and invoices work in Arabic and English, and each person can switch language with one tap. We are still having parts of the Arabic text checked by a native speaker, so tell us if you see wording that is wrong.
Is BinaFlo the same as Binaflow?
Yes. BinaFlo (بناء فلو), which is also written Binaflow, is one construction ERP for contractors in Oman, made by Mivi Tech Labs L.L.C. Who makes BinaFlo.

What if there’s no internet at the site?
BinaFlo runs in the browser and requires an active internet connection to load and save updates.
How long does it take to set up?
Most companies are running in a few days: company details, projects, sites, then staff.
Can I use it on a computer and a phone?
Yes. The same account works across desktop computers, tablets and phones.
Do I need to install anything?

How do I get the app on my phone?
Open app.binaflo.com on your phone. iPhone (Safari): tap the Share button, then Add to Home Screen. Android (Chrome): tap the menu (⋮), then Add to Home screen or Install app. The BinaFlo icon then opens the app itself: it takes you to sign-in, or straight in if you are already signed in. It is the app, not this website.
