Backed up every night

Your data is backed up automatically every night. Backups are encrypted and kept in a separate location from the main system, so a problem in one place doesn’t affect both.

Each company kept separate

Every company’s data is kept separate. People in one company cannot see or reach another company’s records.

You decide who sees what

Only people you invite can sign in. Each gets a role: a supervisor sees their site, an accountant sees the accounts, and the owner sees everything.

Export whenever you like

Download lists and reports as CSV (opens in Excel) or PDF, and invoices, quotations and purchase orders as PDF, at any time.

Role-based access

A supervisor doesn’t need to see salaries.

Each person sees only the part of BinaFlo their job needs. Here are BinaFlo’s default permissions for four of its roles. You choose what each role can see and do.

BinaFlo holds your records so the system can work for you. They remain yours, and you can download them as CSV and PDF whenever you want.
